How long will it take for my order to arrive? TOP Most items are made in the order in which they are received. We request 7 to 10 business days to create your order and then two to three additional days to ship? Some of our suppliers request more time, but in that case, it is noted in the product description. Do you gift wrap? TOP We love to wrap! Our signature wrapping is beautiful, glossy, white paper and a black ribbon. The charge is $5.00 per package. For babies or children’s presents we will use maybe yellow or green. If you have a specific request, let us know! We will also enclose a gift card and we would be pleased to add your personal note or card if you wish to send it to us. I’ve changed my mind about which monogram to use. What do I do? TOP Call us! (804.740.0771). We all change our minds and we will be happy to make any changes we can. We try to get working on your order within 48 hours so we can not guarantee that a change can be made once the order has been placed but call. You never know and we will always try to make changes for you! I need this soon! How do I get it rushed? TOP Please make a note on your order or call us. There may be an additional charge for a rush order but we will let you know that – as well as the possible timing. What does this price include? TOP Your price includes the item you selected, the monogramming or personalization of that item and TheMonogramStore.com signature wrapping of your item in a clear plastic bag, tied with a ribbon! Also, all linen items include a couple of sheets of acid-free tissue for storing of your new treasure! What is your return policy? TOP Since almost all of our items are monogrammed or personalized, we can not allow returns. BUT, if there is a problem with your item due to an error of TheMongramStore.com or any of its suppliers, we will replace the item as quickly as possible. What are my options for payment? TOP We take Visa, MasterCard and American Express on our secured system. We are also pleased to take your check if that is how you would prefer to pay. Instructions for paying by check are easy. Simply check on the order form that you are paying by check and send it to us at PO Box _______, Richmond, Va. As soon as we receive your check and it has cleared, we will place your order.
