HOW TO ORDER
Orders may be placed in one of two ways: online, by calling our shop.

• Online:  We utilize a secure, convenient online system. All online orders will be confirmed with by e-mail.
• Telephone:  If you wish to telephone us your order please call 804-740-0771 between 10 am and 5 pm, EST and we will be glad to assist you.  

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express online.  All payments are collected using the most secure technology in the industry to keep your confidential information safe. NOVA, the company we have chosen to handle our online credit card sales, is one of the world leaders in payment technology and security and that is why we have chosen them to handle our payments.

Should you wish to pay by check, please note that on the order form and send to us. As soon as your check is received and cleared your order will be placed. 

SALES TAX
A sales tax of 5% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Virginia.

SHIPPING
All items are shipped within 5 to 10 business days unless noted on the product page. Shipping is handled through the USPS and all packages will be sent Priority Mail and should arrive within 2 – 3 business days. Please note that orders going to APO & FPO addresses, U.S. Territories or outside the United States may be subject to additional postage. If so, we will inform you as soon as possible. 

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you do not see exactly the gift you are looking for, please give us a ring! We work with many suppliers all over the world and would be happy to work with you to find the perfect gift! 

As you can see from our selections, we have a wide and different,  selection of monograms. While we offer our most popular typefaces, lettering and monogram styles, we have more! If you do not see what you are looking for contact us we will be happy to assist you. There may be an additional charge for extra large or complicated monograms. 

We also will be happy to assist you with a thread color match if you are working with specific needs. We have access to 100’s of thread colors and will be happy to special order one for you. You can provide us with or fabric swatch or a PMS color and we will find it! 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely pleased with your item, please call us immediately. We will either work out a refund or a replacement. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of an error of TheMonogramStore.com or its suppliers.

Unfortunately personalized items are not returnable. Please make sure you check your order carefully before sending. If the error is due to a mistake of TheMonogramStore.com or its suppliers, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly replace the item as quickly as possible. 

If you need to make a change after your order has been placed, please call us immediately. We will do our best to assist you but can not guarantee that all changes can be made. We appreciate your understanding of these policies.

GIFT WRAPPING
All of your items will arrive beautifully packaged, at no charge, in a clear bag with ribbon bow and a Monogram Store label. (see photo on front page of site)

We also offer gift wrapping for $5.00 per gift. Your item will be carefully wrapped in tissue, box, glossy white wrapping paper suitable for all occasions and a gorgeous black grosgrain ribbon. If it is a baby or child’s gift, we will be happy to suggest another color ribbon. A personalized gift card can also be added. Just include your information on the information section of the order form. 

We also would be pleased to include your personalized card or note with your gift(s). Simply send them to us with a list of which card accompanies which gift. A fabulous way to really personalize your gift and a service we are pleased to offer.

We want your linens and other valued cloth items to last you for years! Therefore every linen item from The Monogram Store is accompanied by a few sheets of acid-free tissue with brief instructions on the care of your fine linens. Please also check our upcoming blog for more information on the care and cleaning of your special linens. Additional acid-free tissue is available in our “Home” section.
